Dr. Angela Jones realized after years in private practice that sometimes clients needed a place to organize their thoughts, plans, and even manage their mental health. She decided to create a tool that not only helped people plan their weekly plans, but organize their mental health needs, create an easy go to place for coping skills, and more.
Dr. Jones spent 3 years gathering data and assessing what was actually necessary to help people feel more successful and productive in their everyday lives. The Limbic Plan is a place where you can feel and visually see you have made progress and achieved your goals. It’s a place of potential, hopes, and aspirations.
